Baked bread with herb butter and Parmesan

Personally I just love this warm bread and it is super easy to make. The one important thing is you need to choose a really good bread. I bought fresh ciabatta from local bakery and it was just perfect.

Baked bread with herb butter and Parmesan

Total Time: 15 minutes
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

fresh bread (baguette or ciabatta) - 1
butter - 1 oz
chopped fresh herbs (parsley and dill) - 1/2 cup
minced garlic - 1-2 cloves
ground Parmesan - 1/2 cup

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 380 F. Cut the bread trying not to cut the bottom. Slices should be about 1/2 inch. Place a bread into baking sheet covered with a parchment paper. In a small bowl mix together butter, herbs and garlic. Spread a herb butter between the bread slices, sprinkle with freshly ground Parmesan. Bake a bread for about 10 min. Serve while it's hot.
