Premise Health continues the expansion of the national nearby wellness center in the Chicago market

BRENTWOOD, TN., January 24, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Premise Health, the nation’s leading direct healthcare company, has opened a new wellness center nearby in the Northbrook, Illinois. It will serve employees and dependents of Allstate and other local employers, increasing access to care in Chicago area and further adding to the company’s network of 14 markets across the country.

Expansion of services in Chicago, Atlantaand other major US markets is part of a long-term, strategic effort to grow the Premise nearsite network. With nearby site expansion projects planned for 2023, including several additional sites in Chicago market, Premise will also continue to partner with employers to add members to its already established wellness centers.
