You can also enjoy an invigorating Cold Plunge Plan for two, which is amazing for energy, inflammation, the immune system, mental health, anxiety and depression. IV therapy will also be available with all different types of IVs and vitamin shots to choose from, as well as a sauna plan for two. There will also be more services added in the future such as meditation and pilates.

Emphasis on recovery

Something that makes Wellness on the Hudson unique is the focus on recovery. Many people exercise but neglect recovery, which is just as important as the exercise itself. It’s important to let your body relax and unwind, especially if you’re on the go all the time (and frankly, many of us in this field are). Michelle chose this place specifically because the view itself is purely therapeutic. You can see the water through the huge open windows as well as the city skyline and hear the water hitting the rocks. Imagine doing yoga with this view or relaxing in the recovery room carefree but relaxing. Write us about it.
